By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS, please read through them and ensure you understand what is being said, feel free to ask questions!If my TOS is found to have been broken in any way I hold the right to blacklist and/or block you, and refuse any further commissions or interactions in any way.-Payment
All payments for my commissions of any kind will be taken through paypal only, you will be invoiced for your commission in GBP (Great british pounds/pounds sterling) so please check current conversion rates to account for this before commissioning me!Payment will be taken before any work is started, and payment of the invoice will be expected on the same day or day after it is sent, if a slot takes up to or longer than 1 week to be paid, then I hold the right to cancel the commission slot hold and put it back up to be claimed by another person.-Communication
My much preferred method of communication is through Discord, as I check it almost every single day at least once and it is the easiest place for me to see recent messages, as well as send things such as screenshots and completed files, or links to things like google drive where I can have the files for you.However, if you do not have discord or use Discord often enough for it to be viable for you, I am able to send messages through Twitter via Direct Messages, or through emails in a scenario where the other two previously mentioned options are not available.I will send any updates on my current situations if necessary, of your commission’s progress status (such as if you are next),WIP screenshots, and the final product through your most available method of communication so it is very important to me to pick the best method to contact you through!-Art Process
Time estimates - Although I do my best to get commissions completed within a few months, I cannot give an accurate estimate because I am currently a student, as well as potentially being neurodivergent. I ask that you please give me your patience and I will happily compensate in some way if desired after 4 months of waiting!WIPs/Progress updates - I will send progress updates throughout the process of making your commission surrounding things such as the thumbnail idea, the sketch stages, and more. I will also pause work once the sketch is completed to confirm that the idea is to your liking, and also to ensure that any details are correct or that you are happy with any imperfections/style choices!Making changes - Requesting any changes to my work come with conditions:
-Sketch stage, Any changes can be made, ranging from pose changes, to details and features of the character until everything is as desired.
-Colouring stage, Any smaller changes such as incorrect features can be changed.
-Rendering stage, The only changes I will make will be ones related to shading/rendering such as texture or depth, or errors/oversights on my part.Any changes that are too large beyond the colouring and rendering stages can be made with a small fee to cover the time taken to make the change, note that these will vary however will likely not be too great and will never exceed more than half of the price of the commission in the largest cases!Any errors on my behalf will always be possible to get fixed and changed, if you ask beforehand, I am okay with you redlining over my screenshots so you can better convey your exact ideas!-Usage
Unless stated otherwise by the client, I retain the ability to post all art pieces to my social medias to display, and use these pieces as examples of my work in places such as a portfolio. If you would prefer your commission not be posted, or you would like me to not mention you, please specify before hand.After receiving the finished product of the commission, you may use the art for personal reasons such as; profile pictures or headers, display pieces on a character’s profile in sites such as toyhouse, as reference images of that character in the future, ect.When using my work you must give me sufficient credit in the form of linking to one of my active social medias, or by writing out my username and where to find me (e.g. Credit of art - SilverPebbles_ on Twitter)You may not claim the artwork to have been made by yourself or someone other than me. You also may not draw over or trace my work, or make edits to existing pieces.You must not use my artwork for commercial purposes, such as ever-present art on a twitch page (the only exception I will make is use as a profile picture), as a way to promote a brand you own, as use as a visual on merchandise, ect. This is due to the fact that it would require that I take compensation and I am not well versed enough to do this, nor do I feel comfortable doing pieces for this purpose.NFTs/AI Usage is NOT permitted
I do not allow the use of my work in Minting, Tokenising, Selling, or creating of NFTs, creating or dealing with crypto currencies, or other activities surrounding the blockchain.
I also do not allow any usage regarding AI’s, including but not limited to training AI’s based on my work, feeding my works as ‘inspiration’ for an AI to build off of, using my art in any database related to AI’s and the generation of work related to these tools, ect.-Edits/Reworks
If after the piece has been completed, you find that you wish to have some aspect of the character changed or edited lightly, I will happily provide edits to the work for free if the edit is small, or a fee that will range depending on the size of the requested change!Reworks on pieces can also be done to my work for a fee to cover the work, I have the right to refuse any edits or reworks to my art however I am usually more than happy to do them! The fee for a rework can vary and may exceed the original price paid if my prices have increased since the piece was made, in this case I may simply suggest a new commission or full remake instead.I do not allow the editing/reworking/recreation of my work by another artist because I offer this service myself and I typically keep every original file for my works, so making changes is typically easy for me to do.-Refunds
If a refund is required for any reason, please ask and explain the circumstances, if I can provide the refund then :
-A full refund will be given if no or very little work has been completed on the commission.
-A partial refund of an agreed upon amount will be given depending on how much of the commission up to the beginning of refining my rendering process has been completed. You will also receive the art in its current state at that time.I will unfortunately refuse any refund requests if the artwork is in my refined rendering stage or fully completed due to needing to be compensated for my work, and because I cannot ensure that the work would not be just taken for free and used elsewhere.Chargebacks on me via Paypal will be instantly an black-listable offence unless done when repeated attempts to contact me have been made across multiple months. I am always doing my best within reason to contact my customers, so any chargeback done without prior notice given to me will be a breach of my trust and deemed potentially hostile as getting into contact with me to come to an easier agreement is easy, and a chargeback can leave a permanent stain on my Paypal account no matter the reason, if it is made falsely, or if it ends up not going through.

Custom designs

A custom made design, made from a description and (optionally) images provided by you, that may be used for many purposes such as DnD characters, or as personal characters.Each custom design will by default recieve:
-1 Main fullbody as reference for the design
-Any small diagrams for details such as eyes, smaller key features, mouthes, ect
-A colour palette of the character's colours
-Any text describing the character's features (Added upon specific request, can be optional if you desire no text be added.)Additional art pieces can be ordered to add on to the custom design's reference sheet along side these base art pieces, ranging from additional headshots, to extra fullbodies and more!
